Make a difference this summer. As part of the 2022 Mentor cohort, you'll have the opportunity to earn volunteer hours, gain valuable leadership experience, and join an accomplished, international network of writers and artists. And you'll be working with a young writer, whose passion to create will only grow in the guidance and experience you share with them.

Like all leadership roles at Incandescent, this is a volunteer position. Regretfully, we are unable to offer financial compensation at this time. It will require a few hours' commitment per week and can be paired with other commitments. You must be at least 16 to apply.
